JOB TITLE: BatchPlant Operator

REPORTS TO: PLANT MANAGER

JOB DUTIES:

· Responsible forprocessing and handling orders

· Ensure properdirections are acquired from customer and relayed to driver

· Ensure thatdrivers are in line to be loaded in the proper order

· Ensure quality ofmixes and report quality control problems to Plant Manager or Assistant PlantManager (if Plant Manager not available)

· Responsible formaintaining customer relationships (including quality customer service andproper handling of customer complaints)

· Correspond withoffice concerning proper customer account numbers

· Report driverand/or customer related problems to Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager(if Plant Manager not available)

· Maintain cementand flyash inventory

· Responsible forkeeping bins topped off and materials pushed up in the pits when necessary

· Inspect plantevery day and report problems to Plant Manager

· Notify PlantManager or Assistant Plant Manager (if Plant Manager not available) immediatelyof any vehicle accidents, safety violations, or job-related injuries

· Maintainappearance of batch office

· Other duties asassigned by Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager
