Raw Materials Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: We are seeking an organized, reliable, service-oriented Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. You will monitor warehouse inventory as well as manage warehouse staff to ensure that materials are stored and shipped out in an accurate, efficient manner. The Raw Material Supervisor is responsible for managing the inventory of all raw materials, pulling, and packing raw material orders, and maintaining the overall organization of the raw material warehouse.

Essential Functions:

• Review of daily Packing
• Communicating Box (Raw Materials) needs to Box Dept.
• Cycle counts
• Material purchasing based on activity and production estimates
• Oversight of trucks being loaded
• Movements of materials inventory to/from Ranch locations
• Relief of materials based on receiving (field pack)
• Relief of materials based on packouts (house pack)
• Receiving shipments, reviewing BOLs
• Loading trucks for field, filling out BOLs
• Processing Delivery Receipts/Credit memos/Material sales onsite and remote – (Fowler/Madera/Goshen)
• Chep pallets Ordering/Scheduling/Reporting onsite and remote – (Fowler/Madera/Goshen)
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving and warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift approx. 70lbs
• Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems
• Must have the ability to safely and efficiently operate powered equipment, including pallet jacks and forklift trucks
• Willing to work flexible schedule when the need arises
• Proven track record of training and directing the activities of subordinates
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Excel proficient
• Bilingual Spanish/English helpful but not necessary. Must be able to communicate clearly and write legibly
