Golden based litigation firm specializing in construction, insurance defense, and commercial litigation seeks a high-performing paralegal with a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail. Experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and diligent, proficient at reviewing medical records and construction documents, experienced with trial preparation, and must proactively meet deadlines. Duties include filing and calendering pleadings; reviewing, organizing, bates-labelling and summarizing documents; preparing and responding to discovery; preparing medical records and deposition summaries; preparing basic legal pleadings; and preparing exhibits and materials for depositions, hearings, and trial. Candidates should have experience with Colorado E-filing, CM/ECF, Pacer, and billing entry software.
