Our company is looking for it's newest member to fill expansion opportunities in our Goodlettsville office. We are searching for an experienced call center representative that has had at least one year in the collection or a call center environment.
Must be able to work with multi-line phones and PC with proprietary software for our industry. Great phone etiquette is a plus due to contacting debtors prior to suit. Willing to train the right person. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Qualified candidates will be interviewed and background checks are required prior to employment.
