Position Summary: Manages inventory items and day-to-day inventory operations. Position Responsibilities: Assist in creating and maintaining bill of materials in multiple server-based systems. Manage content & workflow in Infor Cloudsuite and Zoho Inventory Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Identifies and advises root causes of inventory discrepancies and proposes corrective actions. Reviews and analyzes information, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures. Develops data-driven business processes that will drive inventory accuracy. Performs periodic analysis and updates material ABC identifiers. Ensure compliance to all company objectives and provide regular status reports to management and perform various tests on the system to ensure smooth workflow data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Serves as Subject Matter Expert for ERP system. Participates in continuous improvement projects. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred. Expert-level Excel skills. Experience with Business Intelligence, Tableau or Qlikview. Experience developing and maintaining KPI dashboards. Six-Sigma Green/Black Belt. APICS certification.
