The Windy City Motorcycle Company Fox River Harley-Davidson is looking to hire a Service Conciergeto become a part of the of our growing team.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate answers and guidelines related to the status updates on their motorcycle.
- Update customers on the status of their Motorcycle via phone calls, texts, and email.
- Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
- Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries to provide quotes
- Answer customer questions and provide assistance
- Handle consumer inquiries and complaints
- Interact and work with insurance and warranty companies regarding claims
- Build a strong knowledge of our brand
- Meet and exceed goals
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Support the service department with other duties as needed.
