Family-Owned Home Builder is looking for a Sales Manager that can oversee the communities and sales team in the Corpus Christi market. We are looking for a top sales producer that enjoys coaching others to be great. Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills are required for this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of the Sales efforts (hire, train, design sales process).
- Drive the sales and meet annual revenue goals set by Ownership.
- Float the multiple Communities and coach the sales teams while onsite.
- Coach a team of 6-10 individual sales consultants in multiple communities.
- Provide training to the sales teams in a variety of delivery methods: in person, video calls, classroom, and one-on-ones.
- Move the sale forward by defining and breaking down goals, coaching, meeting with team’s top prospects, facilitating sales calls & meetings, floating between the different communities based on sales needs.
- Contribute to the company’s annual revenue goal through the team’s sales.
- Represent the company and its products fully and accurately to the public.
- Increase prospecting efforts, develop lead generation campaigns and drive traffic.
- Maintain market knowledge of the area and competitors to remain competitive.
- Develop and implement sales programs including price positioning, feature content, and sales materials required to meet company sales targets/ goals. This should include corrective action if goals are not met.
MUSTS:
- 2 yers Sales Management experience required
- History as a Top Performer in sales
- Coach any struggling salespeople & Drive Sales Forward!
- Driver’s License - Ability to travel to multiple Homes sites
- Local or willing to relocate to Corpus Christi
PLUS:
- New Home Construction Sales, 5 years (not looking for general realtor experience)

- Base Salary bonuses (based on team’s revenue delivery)

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
