We are seeking an expert Project Manager to join our Services Organisation to lead a range of enterprise software implementations and projects across our CPG customer base. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate all aspects ensuring successful outcomes and profitable engagements. Key challenges: Plan, implement and optimally deliver sophisticated customer projects at the highest level of quality Build and maintain credible detailed project plans (adjusting under change control) that supports the agreed project scope/results to assure a high quality and successful outcome Take ownership of the management of projects financials (financial forecasts, P&L, Invoicing) Regularly plan and handle project resourcing requirements including bringing to bear partner resources. Ensure project resources are effectively utilised and their time is supervised and approved in line with the budget Build strong and positive customer relationships and handle the expectations of customers throughout the lifecycle of the project Work across multiple projects leading globally distributed and matrixed resources Lead projects risks, bringing up where vital With input from the team, prepare project SOWs and take through the approval process Provide regular updates to internal reporting systems and executive project reporting Take ownership of any critical issues end to end Ensure that the project team and activities follow the Kantar Way methodology and gating processes Conduct governance reviews with the leadership team and with the customers Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales on new chances to create scope, pricing and P&L Qualifications: 5 years project management experience implementing large enterprise software solutions Deep understanding of project management principles and SDLC methodologies such as Agile Confirmed experience in risk management Results orientated and a high level of resilience especially in an environment of change Proven track record to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously PMP/Prince 2 qualified is preferred Experience in Consumer Goods/Retail sector will be helpful Excellent social skills and verbal and written communication skills in English, second foreign language is very desirable Highly collaborative working style Validated experience in leading a team and also in handling matrixed resources across multiple time zones Highly numerate and analytical approach Travel internationally up to 20 % to customer sites We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
