OVERVIEW
The Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, deploying, and managing a loyalty program for company. This role will be responsible for launching & managing our new loyalty program by working with teams across the organization to develop the Loyalty program vision, strategy and execution.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth of the loyalty program.
- Establish and meet loyalty revenue and new member acquisition goals.
- Develop and communicate the Loyalty program vision, strategy and execution across the entire organization.
- Manage and execute the ongoing optimization of loyalty program inclusive of rewards management and set-up.
- Identify targeted segments across our customer base to enable more personalized experiences and offers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and enable new/enhanced capabilities and to coordinate with management through implementation.
- Manage working relationship with internal stakeholders, external vendors and partners.
- Report on program performance, manage loyalty-specific promotions and marketing campaigns, ideate new strategies at driving engagement and retention.
- Partner with IT and vendors to integrate new loyalty programs and enhance existing capabilities.
- Conduct competitive research and monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent cross functional coordination and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing
- 3 years of experience in loyalty and promotional marketing
- Successful track record of developing and managing personalized loyalty programs
- Data driven decision making
- Proven ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
