What You've Accomplished
You have completed a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering fields. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 7 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Engineering Lead in Lynchburg, VA or Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Design Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. The Engineering Lead role is a near term pipeline into an Engineering Supervisor position. While already possessing experience in an engineering field, the individual hired into this role will have the opportunity to onboard rapidly into the various technical aspects of fuel engineering and analysis. After joining Framatome, the Engineering Lead will be assigned to help direct and organize high visibility projects, eventually transitioning into a direct leadership role over a team of engineers. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $106,000 - $143,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
