You have completed a Bachelor's Degree, or directly related equivalent experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a closely related role for at least 12 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Integrated Outage Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Develops and manages a program to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  
• Gathers and shares strategic information in order to ensure major programs are managed effectively by cross-functional teams.
  
• Establishes Key Performance Metrics reported monthly, quarterly, and annually to assess Alliance health.
  
• Produces a business plan which enables each business group to meet corporate financial targets.
  
• Provides meaningful performance related feedback/input to appropriate line management.
  
• Solves complex customer issues in order to improve fleet performance and grow the Company's scope of supply.

Your total rewards package

The range of base salary for the position is between $61.00 - $83.17 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
