Framebridge is an online custom framing business headquartered in Washington DC with factories in Richmond KY and Lexington KY. We merge new technology (e-commerce web and mobile platforms) with the timeless craft of custom framing to allow customers to frame their art, photos, awards, etc. anytime, from anywhere.

Who You Are

Framebridge is seeking a Systems Administrator. This position will provide assistance to our Lexington KY facility. We are looking for someone reliable and experienced who can help keep our operations running smoothly. You should be able to work independently and have solid experience troubleshooting issues with a wide range of software and hardware. You should be capable of installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and software with little guidance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software issues (Both Windows and Mac) in a timely fashion.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all I.T. equipment
• Quickly resolve requests for any access issues to email, software, etc.
• Monitor network infrastructure while reporting any network configuration issues to Sr. IT System Manager.
• Properly escalate any problems or needs where appropriate.
• Set up equipment and software for new hires.
• Handle requests for any hardware upgrades or repairs.
• Provide support to remote employees.
• Communicate any upgrades or updates to employees.
• Provide training and guidance to employees in the use of new equipment or software.
• Perform other duties as assigned to achieve company goals.
• Lead Level 1 Technician duties and disseminate technical tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of Technical System Administration and help desk support.
• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with both Windows and Mac software
• Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Able to install, support, and troubleshoot server and PC hardware components and peripherals.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
• Able to quickly adapt to new demands and processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to easily convey technical issues and solutions to a non-technical audience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
