What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Salon/Technical Line position at Framesi NA?
Framesi, one of the world leaders in hair color manufacturing, is looking for a licensed cosmetologist for our test salon/technical line in Leetsdale, PA (just outside of Sewickley). The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer the Framesi Technical Line and assist Framesi users with technical questions and track all calls.
- Provide daily support to the market (salon, Framesi technicians, and distributor sales consultants).
- Technical evaluation of performance of new products from Framesi Italy
- Assessment of competitive products
- Quality control of existing products against current standards (formula revisions, banned raw materials, questionable batches from Italy, product complaints, transfer of manufacturing facilities).
- Assist the Education Department with classes or visiting salons as needed
- Weekly techline report
- Weekly salon testing report
- Monthly competitive product launches report
- Update technical know-hows to introduce new techniques
- Answer customer inquiries, emails, and follow-up.
