Westchester based construction company is looking to hire a full time project coordinator to provide back end support for our ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications:
- HS Diploma, College 4 year degree
- 3 years directly related experience with customer interaction
- Ability to learn and understand building envelope including wall cladding systems, curtain wall, window and door systems, waterproofing, roofing, etc
- Reading Blueprints and drawings
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Duties:
- Assist Project Management staff to ensure project goals are achieved and customer expectations are met
- Assist Project Management staff with day to day project tasks
- General contract administration
- Manage subcontractors
- Prepare draft invoices and requisitions
- Maintain and organize project documentation through various tools/software
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to effectively support principals and PM's
- Prepare minutes of meetings
- Track status of work plans and deliverables for projects
- Assist in preparation and updating of Project Schedules
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate well in writing and utilize proper ethics with email and telephone communications
- Keep supervisor and coworkers informed
- Share complete and accurate information with others
- Travel is primarily local to the client and project during the business day, although some out of the area travel may be expected
- Actively resolve conflicts and demonstrate effective conflict management skills
- Follow prescribed standards and procedures
- Protect and promote the group’s reputation both inside and outside the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
