The Village at Victory Lakes , a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant who is customer and patient focused to become a part of a healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy.

Hours available in Skilled Nursing :
Part Time : Sundays 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm
Location : The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Must be able to lead programs and events
- Serve as a liaison for resident’s families.
- Develops a Life Enrichment program suitable for residents, assist with producing calendar of events and activities to meet the overall needs and interest of resident’s in Assisted and Independent Living.
- Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family
Required skills and qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates dress for general studies or medical field, C.N.A
- At least 1 year of experience in activities
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
