What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Analyst position at Frandsen Corporation?
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for benefit plan administration for all Frandsen Companies. The Benefits Analyst is responsible for monitoring and making sure Frandsen Companies are offering competitive and attractive benefit plans through making solid recommendations to Frandsen Leadership. The person works closely with the identified benefit broker to make sure the company offers a sound plan design which meets competitive needs and compliance with local, state and federal law requirements. The Benefits Analyst handles inquiries from employees and assists with resolution of issues and questions. This position also coordinates the annual benefit Open Enrollment each year for all Frandsen Companies.
Education
Education
- Degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP and/or CEBS certification preferred.
