Business/Ag Banker

Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking an experienced Business Banker for the Cloquet, MN location and surrounding area. This team member would be responsible for prospecting and developing new client relationships, managing existing client relationships, commercial advisory services and cross-selling our wide range of financial services. This role would also have the potential for some remote/work from home options.
Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and as a strong team player
• Excellent organization, networking and communication skills
• Demonstrated credit analysis and underwriting skills
• History and desire for community involvement

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lending or related field
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
