Frank Gay Services is seeking a full-time Dispatch Manager to supervise daily dispatch operations and personnel, aiming for maximum efficiency. You will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that the staff is well-organized and productive. The successful candidate must be an organized, reliable, and results-driven professional.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with technicians daily to minimize issues and improve communication.
- Ensure that all first next-day operations are lined ahead by the closing team.
- Adhere to and implement the company’s core values.
- Supervise/Manage the constant communications between dispatchers and technicians. As well as communication between dispatchers and trade managers.
- Responsible for managing multiple priorities at once.
- Must be an excellent communicator and must be able to communicate effectively in an efficient tactful manner.
- Manage a team of employees in a fast-paced environment making real-time decisions to increase revenue.
- Manage multiple scenarios at the same time and must make quick decisions to ensure the success of the team
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as Dispatch Manager or similar position.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Proficient in MS Office and dispatch equipment/software programs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability.
