Position Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, operations, finance, support, and sales to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

- Deliver product strategy by building, managing and prioritizing product backlog
- Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to gather feedback on requirements
- Write user stories and support product documentation for upcoming launches
- Provide new feature training, start up support and sales support as needed to ensure product success
- Engage with the development team as the product owner to contribute to and lead aspects of our agile scrum practices by participating in standup, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Leverage data and business insights to support product lifecycle from inception to post launch
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required, MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years’ product management experience in an agile environment with cross functional teams
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective product document delivered in the past
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Committed to diversity and inclusion

- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Required to sit, stand, walk; talk and hear; and ability to touch and handle tools and/or controls
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
