We are partnered with a PE-backed Managed Service Provider within the professional services space to hire a Network Manager. This person will be responsible for leading a team of network engineers, and will ideally come from a technical background, although the role will not require hands-on experience.
This person will be vital in order to optimize the operations, and will be involved with projects such as utilization analysis as well as inspecting documentation and billing processes. The successful candidate will audit the current team and aim to get head of future hiring needs within the organization.
What experience do you need?
- 10 years of experience within an MSP and/or related industry and support functions.
- Experience working with an MSP that has upwards of $50m revenue
- Experience managing integrations and acquisitions
- Proven aptitude for strategic decision-making, planning, vision, and governance for customer experience and Service Delivery operations.
- Ability to Scale Teams, assess utilization rates and get ahead of headcount requirements
- Have experience managing an on & offshore workforc
