Franklin Hair Academy is looking for a highly-qualified Esthetics Instructor to handle the development and implementation of our esthetics program. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for identifying effective training solutions, ensuring training is done in compliance with industry standards, and regularly evaluating training effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students in a classroom setting.
- Plan and deliver lessons to students.
- Create lesson plans.
- Guide and evaluate students' progress.
- Enforce classroom rules.
- Work with colleagues to meet program goals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
