Right now, we are searching for a Patient Registrar/Medical Call Center Coordinator in our Client Services Department. This candidate will be handlingthe intake of clients, working with clinicians to schedule appointments, and will be responding to other client needs. No two days will be exactly the same. Strong communication skills, flexibility and providing a positive client experience are essential to this role.

Primary Responsibilities as a Client Service Coordinator:
- Respond to incoming phone calls from Fraser clients and families
- Complete the initial intake process by obtaining demographic and referral information from the client
- Schedule/coordinating client appointments with clinicians addressing the client’s needs
- Monitor available enrollment slots of clinicians
- Utilize Microsoft Office to effectively communicate with Fraser clients, family and staff
- Initiate incoming client insurance eligibility and benefit coverage
- Process internal referral requests and other appropriate enrollment tasks
- Provide a positive caller experience that supports sensitivity to each client/family’s needs
- Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email with Fraser clients, families, and staff in the English language
- Ability to pass DHS Background Check
- Customer service skills that focus on respect for others and value of relationships
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities effectively
- Positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college preferred but not required
- Previous experience working in customer service, intake or scheduling preferred
Available Location and Schedule:
- This position is based at our Richfield office. After training, potential work from home options can be discussed.
- Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
