Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Interior Installer I to join our team. The Module Craftsman at Frazer reports to the Interior Team Lead/ Supervisor, and is responsible for assisting Furnish, Floor, Interior Options, Sealing, Action Wall, and AC work centers to complete daily tasks such as preparing, installing, and checking in materials.
What Does a Week in the Life of the Module Craftsman Look Like?
- Read and follow installation prints/instructions attached to work orders using a computer/chromebook.
- Verify that you have the parts needed to complete your tasks.
- Notify and follow up with appropriate groups/managers when missing parts are identified.
- Measure and cut aluminum material.
- Clock in/out of the work orders daily using a computer/chromebook.
- Per the work order instructions, complete tasks within established time goals.
- Ensure that all work order tasks are signed off once complete.
- Approve your time-sheet every Tuesday evening.
- Use power/air tools such as drills, saws, spray guns, orbital sander, etc.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
- Follow proper safety practices daily such as wearing personal protective equipment, reviewing Job Safety Analysis, and attending weekly toolbox meetings.
- Proficient using standard hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, screw drivers, etc.
- Read emails at least twice per day.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Safe and correct use of a variety of hand tools and power tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 Years of Mechanical/Assembly Experience
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in a Production Environment

Oh, and $alary
Of course, we didn't forget the salary… Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $15.00 - $18.00 an hour depending on education, certifications, and experience.
Work Schedule
The Module Craftsman will work Monday to Friday 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
