We are Immediately Hiring for an Administrative Assistant at our Management Office in Doylestown, PA!
Hours: Part- Time 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm

The Administrative Assistant will support the Vice President and Operations team with administrative tasks including communications, document preparation and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Update, distribute and maintain company manuals and materials
- Organize Schedules and Calendars
- Coordinate Meetings and Events
- Prepare communications to organization or social media
- Maintain Office Supplies
- Assist with Charitable Donations and Hardship Committee
- Assist with marketing promotions and campaigns
- Assist with other general clerical duties
