What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager/Sales Manager position at Fred's Truck Accessories?
Fred's Truck Accessories is looking for our next management team member to grow our Jacksonville truck accessories installation location. You will be responsible developing and managing a team of 4-8 to do $125,000-$250,000 in sales per month with performance incentives based on meeting reasonably obtainable goals. As a Retail Store Manager in Jacksonville, FL you will be entrusted with managing a full retail store operation. Compensation heavily weighted on ability to maintain a profitable store.
Position Requirements:
2 Years of management experience in an automotive related service business (Rim's & Tires/Accessories/Tint/etc.)
- This is an acting manager job which requires sales and activities in addition to general store management.
- Inventory management
- Experience tonneau covers, toppers, spray bed liners a plus
- Ability to think critically and find solutions
- Capable of standing, lifting and handling equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Good driving record
- Honest, trustworthy and dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
