Your Impact:
- Collaborate with business units, providing timely and market-driven legal advice.
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of transaction and disclosure documents.
- Implement intricate securitization transactions independently.
- Coordinate with peers, lead outside counsel teams, and liaise with regulators and professional organizations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and state Bar membership (minimum 5 years of legal experience).
- Expertise in securitization and capital markets transactions.
- Knowledge of federal securities laws and market practices.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating transaction/disclosure documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:This role offers an annualized market-based salary of $170,000 - $254,000, with eligibility for the annual incentive program. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as responsibilities, experience, skill set, internal pay equity, and other relevant qualifications.
