Overview

Responsible for sample management for web direct samples. Working closely with Studio Styling team, Merchandising team and Buying team to coordinate the flow of samples. Partner with Studio Production team to organize scheduling in regards to samples and priorities each week.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out of all samples – apparel, intimates, accessories, movement, beauty

• Maintain tracking system for sample whereabouts in Shotflow

• Pull samples for creative shoots for studio/Philadelphia team, West Coast team and Marketing/Social team

• Partnering with merchandising team for all not passed and/or older samples no longer in studio

• Ensure styles are shot in a timely manner from when they are received in studio

• Monitor in stock samples using the ISNO report and STEP as a guideline

• Pull ISNO list 2 times/week in STEP to monitor not shot sample status

• Keep track of reshoots on a weekly basis and provide reshoot notes to the styling team

• Assist with weekly sample turnover

• Support studio styling team with sample organization and creative needs

• Work with buying and merchandising teams to manage sample clean outs & sample sale process to ensure sample closet is tidy

• Remove old stock and sale items from studio

• Boxing up all sample sale product, labeling boxes for sample sale & logging all samples in Shotflow

• Work with Flats team to share samples with on-model Stylists and Photographers

• Creating marketing lists for weekly homepages

• Prioritize samples daily based on in stock availability, catalog launch dates and marketing live dates

• Monitor marketing and catalog priorities to ensure they are shot before emails and catalogs go live

• Work with file management & retouching for samples needing color correction

• Assist with send out photoshoots – help ship and pack samples and keep track of sample whereabouts

• Problem solving when samples are incorrectly labeled or shot incorrectly

• Vendor returns – ensuring all vendor and high AUR samples are returned to buying in a timely matter and all samples are logged when leaving the studio

• Actively searching for missing samples & communicating with merchandising and styling teams

• Create set lists for all West Coast and external team movement, swim and apparel shoots

• Create new organizational processes

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

• Experience with Outlook and Google documents

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
