We offer inpatient and outpatient substance abuse and mental health services to adult men and women.
HIRING FOR NEW OUTPATIENT LOCATION IN POCATELLO

Job Summary: Provides psychotherapy for various substance use and mental health clients while adhering to Freedom Recovery vision and Mission Statement.
Salary: Guaranteed Monthly Salary Bonuses (not billable hours)
Essential Functions: Completing and maintaining all appropriate assessments, treatment plans, reviews and all other required documentation for client treatment records in a timely manner.
- Prepares and completes all necessary documentation and record keeping.
- Composes individualized daily notes that show accurate and personalized documentation regarding client progress
- Group lectures on substance use & other psycho educational topics
- Completes timely utilization and insurance reviews
- Maintains knowledge of and adheres to Company policies and procedures
- Participates as an effective, contributing member of the interdisciplinary team
- Communicates well and has a positive up-beat attitude
- Competent and knowledgeable in ethical standards and confidentiality matters
- Works effectively with a treatment team format and knows how to work with supervision
Requirements: Master’s Degree in an appropriate discipline and/or current licensure as a LPC/LCPC/LMSW/LCSW/AMFT/LMFT.
Those with experience working in a SUD population are encouraged to apply.
Must know how to use and maintain Electronic Medical Records.
Possesses physical and mental health that is adequate to perform job duties.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including an enhanced criminal background check and drug screening.
