Experienced Chef needed who will be responsible for preparing food items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner..
Additional responsibilities include monitor food stock and place orders, check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items and be familiar with proper food handling and health regulations.
Culinary School background preferred. ServSafe Certification required.
