Job Summary
Works independently as a director to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate the clinical functions of the preoperative departments. Collaborates with other management team members to develop and foster an effective clinical climate. Works jointly with administration, physicians and staff to develop the departments mission, vision, values, goals long range plans, product lines, services, capital and operation budgets, policies and procedures.
Requirements
Mid-level management experience in a hospital setting.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state.
Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
Location: Freeman Health System · FHS OPERATING RM
Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8:00am - 4:30pm
