What You'll Do
As directed by Physician Group Supervisor and Department Director, responsible for the overall daily operations and communication in the clinic; maintains adequate staffing, assigns and monitors responsibilities and tasks among staff, provides appropriate supervision of staff; participates in hiring, disciplinary action, staff development and training.
Preferred Requirements
- One to two years' experience in a physician's office or hospital department preferred
- One to two years' experience in customer service preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
