BASIC FUNCTION: The Sales Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting sales and planning by ensuring that data in all master files related to sales and group bookings is accurate and complete. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of company policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives.

Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
Prior experience in related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience with Delphi reporting, use, or maintenance.
Must be highly organized with strong attention for detail.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening.
Must have the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees.
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains Delphi database to ensure data is accurate and up to date. Continually checks and corrects/updates information in the database.
- Monitors the LMS/Delphi interface to make sure data is processing properly between the systems.
- Works with IT when interface issues arise to get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
- Adds users to Delphi system as requested from IT. Assures that those individuals are properly trained on how the system functions and on company SOPs for using the database.
- Removes individuals from Delphi that leave the company or no longer require access to Delphi.
- Monitors and allocates function space usage to maximize best use of space for clients and efficient use of labor.
- Maintains inventory of resources in Delphi, such as linens, chairs, tables, etc.
- Enters all accounts, contacts, and bookings into Delphi in order to maintain the integrity of the database for reporting.
- Completes weekly reports for the Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS) and Director of Sales (DOS) to monitor sales performance.
- Generates monthly production reports for review by the ADOS and DOS for each Sales Manager.
- Completes quarterly commission reports for eligible Sales Managers.
- Formulates and monitors policies, procedures, and standards relating to the Delphi database management.
- Builds Crystal Reports as needed for the DOS.
- Works with other departments to build Crystal or Market Vision reports as needed.
- Tracks Sales Assistants’ and Coordinators’ time in Kronos. Adds PTO to system when requests are approved by DOS. Checks daily to ensure all punches are in and correct.
- Performs other duties as reasonably requested by Management.
