Fresca Mexican Foods (Fresca), an industry-leading manufacturer of quality tortillas, wraps and chips seeks an energetic Finance Director to oversee all Finance and Accounting activities and drive improvements across the company.
As a key leader of the Finance and Administration team, this individual will lead improvements in understanding financial results, measuring performance against operational metrics, and executing analytics to support executive decision-making. This individual will also lead critical improvements in real-time reporting as we transition to aligning multiple systems with key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive continuous improvements across the company.
This position is located onsite in Caldwell, Idaho, just outside of Boise, and will report to the Chief Operations and Financial Officer (COO/CFO).
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive business analytics in support of decision-making and improving financial/operational results.
- Lead annual budgeting process and measure actual performance through KPIs.
- Oversee month-end close processes/procedures and financial reporting statement generation.
- Support pricing processes for new and existing customer opportunities that drive higher margins.
- Support decision-making for commodity futures contracts.
- Lead coordinator of annual audit and banking relationships.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance.
- Effectively manage a team of analysts and accountants.
- Develop outstanding working relationships with Finance and Fresca teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in accounting and/or finance required.
- Minimum of five years of accounting and finance experience required.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with Excel required.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or accounting in a manufacturing environment preferred.
