Fresh Air, a locally owned and operated company in the Winchester, VA, is a franchise of RXR Company which is an 85 year old company with all American made products is seeking to fill 1 full time position immediately! We are looking for an enthusiastic telemarketer to assist in generating appointments by either calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for keeping in touch with existing customersm and/or potential customers.
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and energetic. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
Telemarketer Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s services (cold & warm calls)
- Explaining products and services
- Answering customers questions about products
- Obtaining customers information such as name and address for delivering services.
- Keeping track of customers that have been previously contacted.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customers contacts
- Completing customers surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
