Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a global corporate communications & marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Manage a high performing, result-driven and enthusiastic global communications team
- Oversee and manage the entire tool set of our communications activities (media relations, marketing communications, internal communications, issue management, trade show presence, etc.) in close cooperation with external service providers and in alignment with the Business Units, Sales teams and group headquarters corporate communications
- Align key messages and relevant content for all communication and marketing channels to ensure one voice communication
- Establish and maintain relevant touchpoints of communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination and directing of cross channel marketing materials in close cooperation with external suppliers like graphic designers, photographers, writers and marketing agencies
- Establish data driven reporting to continually measure and optimize communications programs
- Develop cross-channel campaign development to increase and strengthen company awareness and image in close cooperation with external service providers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant professional communications experience in a B2B manufacturing company. Experience in a start-up setting is a plus
- Experience in North American and European business communication
- Team leadership experience, with a hands-on approach
- Strong skills in cross-departmental team building, relationship building and stakeholder management
- Well-versed in digital communications and platforms with a 360° communication approach
- Strong start-up mentality with global mindset
- Experience in writing and editing a wide variety of communications, including digital and print
- Strong skills in positively handling high-profile communications issues, demonstrating sound judgement and persuasive counseling abilities to senior leadership
- Professional level in English language required
