Friendship Automotive Group is looking for a Corporate Fixed Operations Director.
This position will oversee sixteen domestic and import dealerships located in East TN, Western NC, and Southern WV.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of Fixed Departments
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ensure organizational alignment
- Inspire and motivate Leadership and Team Members to achieve operational excellence
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualification Checklist:
- Verifiable experience in a senior leadership role directing multiple locations
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Excellent managerial and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Resourceful and adaptable business acumen with a focus on driving growth and profitability
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Commission based on group performance
