Friendship Village Tempe is seeking Receptionist PRN Day/Nights.
Schedule: PRN (On Call as Needed)

Salary: $16.85-18.56 based on experience
- REQUIRED- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
Summary:
- The receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, directions and appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors.
- Performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
- Communicates with Administrative Secretary in order to maintain the highest degree of professionalism at the reception desk.
Education & Experience
- High School graduate or G.E.D. preferred.
- Ability to communicate efficiently using proper speech, grammar, pleasant voice and modulated tone.
- Able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions in English.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Able to stoop, bend and reach in order to access files and distribute mail and packages.
- Able to sit for approximately 90% of shift.
- Able to move throughout the building and grounds throughout the day.
- Able to lift 30lbs.
- Requires visual and hearing acuity.
