*1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*
*$2,000 sign on bonus eligible!*
Shift: 1
Monday - Friday 8-1630 with occasional shift coverage to 1830. Rotational on call shifts monthly.
Summary:
Under the supervision of the Interventional Radiology Supervisor and the assigned proctor, the technologist will be responsible for learning to: assist with assigned interventional radiographic and related procedures for diagnostic interpretation and/or therapeutic interventions; document inventory of materials and supplies used in the related services. Technologist will attend inservice education programs for interventional radiology procedures. Upon completion of program, staff member should be able to meet the minimum, basic competencies of an Interventional Technologist per Job Description. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Completion of an approved Radiology Technology program is required. Basic computer skills, HIS and PACS. ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
