About the Position
- Involvement in a project from design to construction phase completion
- Working closely with architects, team members and contractors
- Making independent engineering decisions
- Responsibility for managing and/or supervising; and coordination/reviewing the work of less experienced engineers
About You
- An attitude of ownership in your work; client satisfaction in quality of work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A working knowledge in a variety of materials
- A positive and professional attitude
- A self-motivated, problem-solving, outgoing outlook
- Versatility in working alongside team members/clients, and on your own
- A California or Oregon P.E. license with 4-6 years of experience in structural design
- Knowledge of industry computer analysis and design software such as RISA, RAM, and Revit
