Overview:
Frog Holler is a chef-driven produce distributor, providing farm fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Sure, we pride ourselves on quality - and our service isn't too shabby either - but what sets Frog apart from the other guys is our passion for providing the very best produce available, exactly the way you want it.
Description of Position activities:
- Drive box truck to deliver products to customers in GRAND RAPIDS and surrounding area including to Lake Michigan lakeshore customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Use hand cart to take the product off truck and into customer delivery area per specifications.
- Complete daily paperwork regarding invoices, credits, route feedback, etc.
- Perform daily DOT inspection of equipment, perform work per safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems on the fly and communicate any issues.
- Schedule is Monday through Saturday.
Requirements:
- Great Customer Service skills
- Must have a valid Chauffeur license and excellent driving record
- Must be able to bend and lift 50-100 lbs repetitively
- Must have High school education or equivalent
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English reading, math, and verbal communication skills
