Job Posting for Medical Front Desk Receptionist at Front Range Staffing

Front Range Staffing is looking for a Medical Front Desk Receptionist with 1 years experience within a medical office environment.

The ideal applicant should have the following experience:
  • Familiarity with Insurance, Referrals, Eligibility and other insurance terminology
  • Appointment scheduling
  • High volume of calls
  • Make outgoing calls to insurance companies, employers, and patients
  • Address correspondence and customer requests
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
  • At least a high school education or GED


Pay is between $18hr., depending on experience and hours are Monday thru Friday, 800-430pm.
