What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Frontier Bowl?
We are looking for a Front Desk associate to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their visit, such as lane assignment, shoe rental & children's needs, etc. The Front Desk associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering the phone, managing the flow of check-in/ check-out guests and providing information about rates, etc. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable visit for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage and correctly direct phone calls
- Inform customers about rules and regulations set in place, AND Enforce them
- Collect necessary guest information (like party size & shoe sizes)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign their lane(s)
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a professional manner and notify the correct person or supervisor
- Collect customer payments
- Clean tables, chairs, and vaccuum after customers have left the bowler's seating area
- Walk down narrow paths to retrieve stuck bowling balls and pins from gutters
- Cook food to correct and safe temp. (Most foods are deep fried)
- Keep surfaces, other areas, and equipment clean and safe
- Correctly store, portion, and restock foods
Required
- Work at least one weekend shift
- Work evenings (5pm-10pm)
Skills
- Work experience in customer service of any kind is a plus
- Customer service attitude
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to count money
No experience required. Will train.
