We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Body Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
From dent repair to panel replacement, the Body Man will play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their original condition.
Responsibilities :
- Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening, using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming as necessary.
- Blend and match paint to achieve seamless finishes that meet our quality standards.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, adhering to established timelines and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and materials.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in auto body repair, including proficiency in dent repair, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment, including paint guns, sanders, and welders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
