SUMMARY
The VP of Omnichannel is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all marketing aspects of the ecommerce and direct business units including strategic business planning, achievement of sales and profitability goals, content strategy and development, product development strategy, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website and UX design, web analytics and web .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role manages 2-4 direct reports and a team of 8-10.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in business with marketing and/or sales experience, MBA required; and 7 to 10 years related experience in D2C and ecommerce with extensive knowledge of ecommerce marketing, experience selling through Amazon, technology and business analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in the consumer packaged goods market space preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as professional, scientific, and technical journals, legal documents and business reports. Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to management team and board of directors. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company. Ability to write articles or memos on areas of responsibility.
QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Demonstrate a high degree of analytical capability. Ability to interpret search and site analytics. Ability to comprehend financial principles. Ability to create highly customized spreadsheets and charts, run reports, and interpret data.
