- Job Title: Regional Operations Director
- Location: Overseeing North Region – (Mill Creek, Everett, Monroe, Arlington, Mount Vernon, Anacortes, Bellingham, Coupeville, Poulsbo, Port Angeles)
- Typical Schedule: Full time - this position is salary/hours may vary
- Wage Range: $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary (Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; OR extensive experience in multi-unit clinic operations.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of company's products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.

Overview of Position Details:
A Regional Operations Director (ROD) is primarily responsible for the management of administrators and multiple health care clinics within a specific region. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, although other duties may be assigned:
Provides leadership to the assigned region, overseeing delivery of care, teams and clinics. Must be able to travel regularly throughout the region.- Coach, supervise and mentor regional leadership team.
- Lead the organization to promote a culture of respect, pride, performance, and diversity.
- Sets the standard for excellent patient care and satisfaction throughout the region.
- Fosters strong relationships with providers in the region to ensure provider satisfaction and success.
- Reviews and analyzes regional sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborates with finance and operations to develop revenue goals for each location, monitors progress toward those goals, and develops strategies to attract and retain teams and patients.
- Develops marketing programs and promotions to increase revenue and/or introduce new products and services.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the region; designs and implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
- Schedules and directs regular meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop budgets and strategy.
- Executes identified strategic initiatives to deliver on regional budget; monitors and approves expenses.
- Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in Dermatology.
