Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Set up test apparatus, perform functional, operational, and environmental tests to evaluate performance and reliability of various types of electronic systems and sub-systems. Analysis of test data required. Documents test results, and provides engineering support.

Basic Qualifications: Background/Credit Check is required. Must be a United States citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States (no sponsorship). Must be able to pass Drug/Alcohol Test administered in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Post-Secondary Education: Two-year technical degree or equivalent training and experience.

Related work experience required: The ability to learn to read, comprehend, and interpret schematic drawings. Testing of products in conformance with Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), applicable industry standards, and specific customer requirements. Proficient in use of computer and software to include MS Office, ability to gain proficiency in Costpoint/other relevant FES software systems.

Special skills or abilities required: Must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Works in a positive, cooperative, and respectful manner to proactively respond to the needs of internal/external customers. Complies with assigned work schedules and overtime requests required to fulfill program and organizational objectives. Job tasks are performed in close proximity to other people within a climate controlled environment. Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, walking, sitting, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. Frequent lifting (up to 30 pounds).

Additional Education/Experience/Skills preferred: Technical degree preferably in Electronics with two-four years experience testing electronic circuitry. Working knowledge of O-Scope, DVM and other test equipment. Ability to troubleshoot to component level.
