The Client Liaison – Client Relations is a key function supporting the company’s 3rd Party clients. The role requires professional and effective corporate and client liaison skills, and operational efficiency within the corporate team to ensure all client expectations are met and exceeded. The Client Liaison is responsible for resolving client queries and ensures all client expectations are met and/or exceeded.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as an “ambassador” for a fast-paced, detail-oriented supportive team by facilitating friendly, courteous, efficient, and well-presented service to all clients.
- Respond with quick and effective solutions and provide required information to clients.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
- Be a highly organized person with a keen attention to attention to detail.
- Be Proactive: able to determine tasks required to be addressed without being prompted and proactively addressing them timely.
- Consistently goes the extra mile when required and assumes ownership of assignments to get the job done.
- Works reconciliation reports.
- Submitting accounts to clients to review as well as answering clients’ requests.
- Working to ensure consumer balances are accurate at all times (this involves updating account balances).
- Ability to manage issues and projects to consistently meet deadlines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Working Hours: Flexible Work Schedule, Monday - Friday

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to address the concerns of our clients while maintaining the integrity of the company.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbally and written.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a team environment.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
