In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for daily operations, manage key business KPIs, oversee our catering business, and upholding our high operating standards. What You’ll Do
- Engage guests by sharing your smile and knowledge of our brand, ingredients, entrees, and specials
- Collaborate & work closely with your fellow team members
- Perform food preparation or service tasks
- Use point of sale cash register system
- Take customer orders and assemble the orders
- Keep restaurant organized, stocked, clean, and sanitized
- Treat each guest like they are family and provide them with outstanding, friendly service
- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
Qualifications
· Minimum of one year of prior experience within a restaurant environment.
· Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems.
· Outstanding skills in team building, interpersonal communication, and staff development.
· Ability to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action.
· Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success.
· Ability to stand and walk for most of an eight-hour day and lift up to 40 pounds of weight several times per day.
· Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
· Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
