Job Summary

The Account Representative supports our client’s success by executing a wide range of tasks from start to finish. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients which requires a high level of interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include complex scheduling, regular interaction with clients and partners, and accurate tracking and reporting.

This job requires the drive for solving problems and determination for achieving results. We are seeking self-starters that can manage their workload through organization and clear processes.

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Manage client caseload accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth execution of forensic expert witness work.
  • Schedule independent medical examinations, record reviews, testimonies, phone conferences and meetings for the individual expert witness clients.
  • Negotiate deliverables and timelines associated on behalf of clients.
  • Utilize multiple technology programs to keep caseload details organized and on track.
  • Provide timely and articulate communications effectively, using a variety of channels based on the needs of different clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Meet strict deadlines utilizing multiple calendars and organizational programs.
  • Collaborate with team and clients on setting and attaining monthly monetary goals.
  • Identify and build new relationships on behalf of clients to foster growth of their expert witness practice.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with your expert witness clients along with the attorneys and vendors who hire them.
  • Adhere and follow company policies, processes, and procedures.

Competencies:

  • Strong ability to multitask and switch quickly between tasks such as scheduling, quality assurance, and keeping files up to date.
  • Dedication to client service, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills involving heavy telephone usage and clear and concise e-mail exchanges.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional office experience (medical or legal is a plus
  • Bachelor or Associate degree (preferred)
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal team members, clients, and partners
  • Organize, plan and prioritize work
  • Focus on productivity during highly stressful times
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Technology proficient including MS Office Suite and G Suite

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
