Responsibilities:
- Build attractive displays and stock shelves
- Review/inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action with those items
- Assist in training and developing associates on performance of their job and participate in the performance appraisal process
- Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards
- Assist in planning, organizing and supervising the inventory process
- Contribute in many other areas to provide extraordinary service to our customers
- Use all equipment in deli such as the fryer, rotisserie, heat lamps, and ovens according to company guidelines
